Adam Wang, M.D. EMBA.

Adam has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for multinational companies in China. Adam is currently the General Manager of Optomed China, a Cenova portfolio company. Before joining Cenova, Dr. Wang was the Head of Marketing at St. Jude Medical China, where he re-designed the market strategy and reorganized the marketing division, leading to a higher profit margin and a bigger market share for St. Jude in China. Prior to St. Jude, Adam was the Business unit Head at Boston Scientific China, where he founded the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Division. Before Boston Scientific, Adam co-founded Medireach Healthcare Communications (MHC) and served as its COO. MHC helped multinational companies, such as J&J and GSK, form and implement China marketing strategies. In 2006, MHC was acquired by CMP Media. Earlier in his career, Adam also worked in various sales and technical service roles at Medtronic and 3M in China.

Adam received his M.D. from Fudan University School of Medicine. He also has an EMBA from China Europe International Business School and a certificate in strategic marketing from the University of Michigan.
